- Water sports sometimes will be canceled depend on wind and weather condition which not safety for customer and will be informed by us to the guest, it will not charge to the customer/refund payment.
- Activities is not suitable for pregnant woman, people with heart problem, people are respiratory problem, currently has sinus problem, recently has ear infection, has claustrophobia problem.
- Make sure you bring changed clothes for this tour

Free returns transfer is valid for booking more than 3 water sport activities. Less than that will have additional fee USD 20 for return transfer.
